Main mission
As part of a temporary replacement for maternity leave, we are recruiting an Intellectual Property Lawyer, as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Integrated within the Sustainable Engineering Business Unit of the Transfer Department, your main mission is to implement the legal acts of the technology transfer activity of the BU and you participate actively in the legal monitoring of the transfer activity.
As part of this position, you integrate the project teams and carry out the legal acts (co-ownership agreements, licenses, assignments, confidentiality agreements, maturation contracts, etc.) for each transfer project.
You participate in the negotiation of project licenses or assignments, contribute to the implementation of the development strategy on the legal side and find a contractual framework adapted to each situation.
The management of disputes and disputes, as well as legal advice to researchers and start-up project leaders are also part of your field of intervention.
Qualification level
Master 2 in private law with a specialization in intellectual property
