The Entrepreneur in Residence will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting academic researchers, working closely and on-site with laboratory teams.

- Good understanding of academic research and ability to engage with scientists
- Strong communication and outreach skills to inspire and rally support for ambitious projects
- Proven experience in deeptech or industrial ecosystems with an active professional network
